NOTE: The Appleton Lions were awarded a forfeit victory over West Madison National when West Madison inserted a pitcher who had thrown multiple innings in his team's prior game. Appleton protested that this pitcher was ineligible to pitch based on international tournament rules. Little League Baseball upheld the protest, and awarded Appleton the forfeit victory. Appleton led the game 6-0 in the bottom of the fifth inning at the time the game was ended.
